This workshop is suitable for all members of the School Inclusion Team, Inclusion Leaders, Special Needs Coordinators, and teaching assistants

Course Description:

This is a half day course with practical activities taken from real life interactions between teaching assistants and students. Participants will have opportunities to explore a range of strategies for running effective intervention and collaborative group work.

This course covers:

Creating Mini-goals
Using the scaffolding framework
Effective delivery of structured interventions
How to support pupils in a group setting
