Who should attend?
This workshop is suitable for all members of the School Inclusion Team, Inclusion Leaders, Special Needs Coordinators, and teaching assistants
This is a half day course with practical activities taken from real life interactions between teaching assistants and students. Participants will have opportunities to explore a range of strategies for running effective intervention and collaborative group work.
This course covers:
- Creating Mini-goals
- Using the scaffolding framework
- Effective delivery of structured interventions
- How to support pupils in a group setting
